Next Generation Leadership
The Young Leader Board supports the members in answering future questions to their potential employers and promotes networking among the Next Generation. Apart from the quantity of a network propagated in the mainstream, it is all the more important to pay attention to the quality of a network and its diversity from the very beginning. Members of the Young Leader Board are representatives of the next generation who have already proven themselves through commitment, excellent results and the mindset to think outside the box in their first professional stations.
