About us
Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe Privatbank AG, based in Frankfurt am Main, is a private bank focusing on private and corporate banking, asset management, asset servicing and investment banking. Its core activities include advisory and management of private and corporate assets, asset management for institutional investors, fund services for financial and real assets in Germany, Luxembourg and Ireland as well as cooperation with independent asset managers. In addition, it offers research, sales and trading activities for small and mid-cap companies in German-speaking countries as well as individual services for IPOs and capital increases.
The bank was formed in 1998 from the merger of Georg Hauck & Sohn Bankiers in Frankfurt am Main and Bankhaus H. Aufhäuser in Munich. Since 2016, it has been part of the Chinese conglomerate Fosun. In March 2020, Hauck & Aufhäuser acquired Bankhaus Lampe KG from the Oetker Group and merged it with Hauck & Aufhäuser Privatbankiers AG, which was then renamed Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe Privatbank AG.
